conversations. We are not a medical service, therapy practice, or
mental health treatment provider. If you're experiencing a severe

2. How We Protect Your Data
🔐 End-to-End Encryption
All your conversations are encrypted using industry-standard Fernet
encryption before being stored in our database. This means even if
someone gained unauthorized access to our servers, your
conversations would appear as unreadable scrambled text.

What We DON'T Do

We use trusted database services and AI providers to deliver our
platform. All data is encrypted and processed according to strict
privacy standards.
8. International Users
FeelGood is currently operated from the United States. If you're using
our service from outside the US, please be aware that your data may be
transferred to and processed in the United States, where data
protection laws may differ from your home country.
9. Teen and Youth Privacy
FeelGood provides confidential support for teen and youth (13-19)
users. Your conversations remain private from parents and guardians.
We'll only contact others in emergency safety situations.
Crisis resources: If you're in immediate danger or

10. Enhanced Safety Protocols
Crisis Detection
Our AI is trained to recognize signs of emotional distress and crisis
situations. When concerning language is detected, we:
- Provide immediate crisis resources and hotline numbers
- Encourage you to reach out to trusted adults or professionals
- Offer specific coping strategies for your situation
- Continue to check in on your safety
Important: Please be advised that AI cannot pick up 100% of all crisis
situations if the language, hidden meaning or intention, or context of
the text sent by user is unclear or nuanced. User discretion is
required, and FeelGood is not fully responsible for user action and
decision-making.
For Teen Users Specifically

While we strive to provide supportive conversations, we are not a
replacement for professional mental health care. If you're
experiencing thoughts of self-harm, abuse, or other serious
situations, please reach out to 911, 988, or contact a trusted adult
immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify
you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this
page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review
this Privacy Policy periodically.
