All your conversations are encrypted using industry-standard Fernet encryption before being stored in our database. This means even if someone gained unauthorized access to our servers, your conversations would appear as unreadable scrambled text.

FeelGood is currently operated from the United States. If you're using our service from outside the US, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your home country.

9. Teen and Youth Privacy

FeelGood provides confidential support for teen and youth (13-19) users. Your conversations remain private from parents and guardians. We'll only contact others in emergency safety situations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
